Likely Karabagh or Kazak; so called “mother/daughter” botehs on sky blue field. Floppy handle— needs a pad for floor use. Ex personal collection.
CONDITION
Uniform lowish pile but no visible foundation. Ends complete and secured. Double selvedge sides excellent. If there is restoration here its done so well I cant tell.
