DESCRIPTION
Interesting small piece possibly 19th century. Likely northeast Turkey or Azerbeijan. Turkish knot; warps are cotton with barber pole dark wool wrap. There were several enclaves of Shasavan from this region. Collector-grade textile would make a lovely table piece.

CONDITION
Attrition of ends and sides have been well stabilized.
