Mid to late 19th century classic design except for the unique outer border. Thick, tight, heavy knotting. Old Hyde Park provenance. (Note: Harvey Nichols— a ritzi London department store with early 19th century roots. This rug might have once adorned a castle or palace).

As found: loss of sides and ends; various insect damage. Nothing here that cant be restored (for love or money).
