DESCRIPTION
Extremely fine little weft wrapped piece with a lot of ethnographic flavor. The back was in intentionally made to flare so when joined it would make an slightly oval container. This is an old piece and theres simply no evidence it was ever used. May have been a coveted piece. I’m guessing South Caucasus perhaps Shasavan.

CONDITION
Old piece in mint condition. Much stronger color on the inside via UV exposure. Please see all photos.
