DESCRIPTION
Black painted ground. Unique and decorative with stenciled still-life on lid; stencil banding around sides. I’ve seen this sort of decoration on bellows and stools; never seen on a pantry box. Likely New England or PA.
CONDITION
Use-wear and paint imperfections as per photos. Lid fit is tight. Otherwise sturdy and serviceable.
