DESCRIPTION
These little ones are rarer than the  bigger ones. Also rare is the fact that it was signed: Mrf (sic) Caroline Austin. (use of "f" for "s" dates first half 19th cent). Fine period frame with chamfered back. We had it out of the frame to put in an acid free barrier to shield it from the backboard. We could see that the maker had carefully sewn the velvet to a paper backing. (Photos taken out of the frame)

Some foxing as shown. Otherwise, Very Good.
