DESCRIPTION
We've had this map in the house for 25 years. Ex print dealer (late) Phyllis Brown who told me it was the first map of MO published upon gaining statehood. Apparently quite rare. Framed and matted in VT 1969. Light hardwood-- possibly butternut. Ready to hang.

CONDITION
Aside from some foxing what I can see looks good. It's probably fine but in all honesty I cannot account for what's behind the mat.
