DESCRIPTION
Looks to be American, possibly Pennsyvania circa 1800 or earlier-- tho no date. Narrow wood frame has some age. Very naive rendering. Shabby chic-- but great subject and very decorative. 

CONDITION
Tatty with restorations and several abrasions thru the linen. All the needlework is fine and overall it displays great.  See all photos.
