DESCRIPTION
Genuinely early piece of unfamiliar form. Not a measure. Not a large syrup. There's a strainer inside the spout. More likely a small coffee or teapot. Cabbage rose on rare red ground. Possibly Connecticut. Further study warranted.

CONDITION
The business side with the rose is in very good condition so it displays well. The other sides of the piece-- not so well preserved. Please examine the photos carefully. The photos tell the story.
