DESCRIPTION
Straight spout form. Opulent circle decoration with yellow border is classic Harvey Filley. For similar specimen see Martin and Tucker “Am. Painted Tinware” V. 3 pp 116. A very vigorous and flashy piece.

CONDITION
On one side some attrition of deco via oxidation. The other side quite bright and excellent. Paint work is all sturdy and stable. Please see photos.
