DESCRIPTION
Fine early piece. Large yellow floral on the ends along with white ground strip decoration inside lines up with Harvey Filly PA Tinshop, Philadelphia. (v. figs 3.51A - 3.53B, Martin & Tucker vol. 3)

CONDITION
Via careful examination it appear that all decoration is original. However, it appears that the black in the center bottom was possibly touched up. All in all its hard to find a good genuine early Filley piece in such fine condition.
