English or Dutch. Rare thing. Theodoric of York used these for blood-letting. (watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edIi6hYpUoQ) Nowadays we use it in the bathroom to hold fancy soaps and tittilate friends and visitors.

CONDITION
There’s a lead repair on bottom but I cant see why. No apparent damage to bowl.. See Photos.
