New England or Pennsylvania. Quite rare to find a pair of knife blades so tall. Excellent form. The finials are seamed and peened on at the top. Original untouched condition with great old patina.

CONDITION
A bit of attrition to one foot. However, these are quite solid and serviceable for fireplace use.
