DESCRIPTION
Example of a rare clock. Unusual to find one with polychrome house tablet. (most have plain mirrors). Diminutive case-- About 2/3 the size of a regular wood movement shelf clock. Clean original label. So called "upside down movement." As with Hoadley clocks the bushings are ivory— which is why it runs well and will never need rebushing. Original finely carved feet and pineapple finials. Keeps good time; alarm is loud and fully functional. Personal collection.

CONDITION
 Minor flaking of the tablet and gold stencil is stable. The gears are amazingly clean and fine with virtually no wear; no restoration visible in the works. Overall very good condition.
