Wm Roberts, Binghamton NY produced some of the most imaginative slip decorated birds in American Stoneware. Large 4 gal piece with beautiful orange peel Salt glaze with excellent color and patina. The ovoid form dates circa 1850.

CONDITION

Two faint hairline from the rim are tight and ring solid.
