CONDITION
 I dislike dealing with restored stuff because its really hard to tell about the actual condition. This has had professional restoration and I will try to elaborate as best I can. Its hard to see. Tip of the spout-- I suspect chips. Handle: appears to have cracks and may have been reattaches.  Sometimes quality and rarity trumps condition. Understand it is imperfect but priced accordingly.
