Charming corn pecking bird are often attributed to Brady and Ryan, Ellenville, NY. This one is Haxstun and Ottman, Ft Edward. I’ll bet the same anonymous artist worked for several different New York makers.

CONDITION
Large repaired rim chip just left above the stamp. . Otherwise very good. Please see photos.
