Unsigned but most likely Haidle & Co, Newark NJ based on form and decoration. Terrific flowers-- exceptionally crisp and vivid.  Rare small 1 1/2 gal size.

CONDITION
Hairline from rim left of capacity. Otherwise sturdy and Excellent.
