Probably Continental. Ocher colored manganese glaze. Unusual deep form with lovely color.. Rare thing. Theodoric of York used it for blood-letting. (watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edIi6hYpUoQ) Nowadays we use it in the bathroom to hold fancy soaps and tittilate friends and visitors.
