Unsigned. possibly same decorator used by John Burger, Rochester NY. Semi-ovoid form with fine quality blue floral slip decoration with that distinct Burger folk art panache. Excellent color and patina.  Huge decorative piece with great presence.

CONDITION

Faint spider lines in the bottom  (see photo 2). Otherwise excellent.
