Possibly Liverpool. This sort of Chinoiserie decoration was the immediate precursor to the later 18th century English creamwares and pearlwares. This is a beautiful old piece in fine as-found condition.

CONDITION
The usual variety of glaze edge issue you commonly find with this soft stuff. All in all- Very Good with no cracks or restoration
